The Sindh School Education Department has released the 2026–27 Co-Curricular Activities Calendar for private schools, outlining a year-long schedule of educational, cultural, environmental, and national events aimed at promoting students’ overall development.
The department has directed all private schools across the province to implement the calendar and encourage active student participation in the planned activities.
August Activities
Private schools will organize programs to mark:
- Independence Day
- Eid Milad-un-Nabi
- Tree plantation campaign
- Cleanliness drive
These activities are intended to promote patriotism, environmental awareness, and civic responsibility among students.
September Activities
Schools have been instructed to observe:
- Defence Day
- Speech competitions
- Essay writing competitions
- Painting competitions
The department said these events are designed to strengthen students’ confidence, creativity, and character development.
October Activities
The October schedule includes:
- Teachers’ Day celebrations
- Kashmir Black Day observance
November Activities
Schools will organize activities for:
- Allama Iqbal Day
- Science exhibitions
- Stage dramas
- Children’s Day celebrations
The month will focus on science, literature, creativity, and student engagement.
December and January Activities
